Fiona's hair is in the--in her opinion--fantastic style known as scene. It is platinum blond, often streaked with hot pink and electric blue. A pale pink bow usually rests atop the left side of her head. Her face is rather round and her dark brown eyes are clearly defined by thick, expertly applied eyeliner. Her skin is not as pale as it appears in the photograph, although she has a tendency to burn rather than tan in the sun.
She has a very slim build due to her natural lack of muscle and fat. Fiona has always had to (and most likely always will have to) shop in the department marked "PETITE" due to her short stature and small body. In terms of proportion, her torso is longer than that of the average human and her legs shorter. Her figure is very straight due to the overall lack of meat on her bones.
Neon colors, stripes, and animal prints have found their place in Fiona's attire. She is rarely clad in something that does not make one's eyes hurt after staring at it for a long time. Her preferred style is warm, dark colors (such as maroon) paired with black with a checkered neon belt to make the outfit pop.
Personality
Fiona embodies the spirit of an eternal optimist. She is happy-go-lucky, bubbly, charismatic, friendly, spontaneous, energetic, affectionate, spunky, and perky. She's extremely self-sufficient and lives on her own--not counting her dog--despite the fact that she is still a minor. Her personality is not much different on the surface than it is when one gets to know her; she is extremely expressive and, at times, annoying. In her free time, she enjoys meeting new people, going running with her dog, and listening to music. Fiona is a fan of alternative music and cute, cuddly animals. Her celebrity crush is Pete Wentz; her favorite foods are grilled cheese sandwiches and jelly doughnuts. She is rarely (if ever) unhappy and has a constant need to be on the go. As positive and cheerful as she is, Fiona quickly goes quiet and tries to change the subject when conversation turns to anything about herself. She is especially reluctant to discuss her past. Also, she is a fan of the free hugs campaign and has offered free hugs to random passerby on several occasions.
